March Madness is upon us…the annual right of passage for college basketball fans.  Over the course of three weeks, in a series of heart-stopping single-elimination games, 68 teams will be whittled down to an eventual National Champion and this year we’ve partnered with ESPN Chicago, Corona Extra and the Jimmy V Foundation to bring you all the Madness.  Join us at Trophy Room, Timothy O’Toole’s or Buffalo Rings and Wings for all the action.

On Thursday, March 16th, Tip-off March Madness from 2:00 – 6:00 pm with a Live Broadcast from ESPN Chicago’s favorite radio duo and #1 sports talk show, The Waddle & Silvy show at Trophy Room.  We’re giving away FREE buckets of Corona Extra ($30), ESPN Chicago & Corona Swag and much more.  Throughout the tournament, Trophy Room will donate $1 for every Corona sold to the Jimmy V Cancer Research Foundation.

After an insane first weekend of games, the NCAA Tournament will continue Friday with the completion of the Sweet 16. Join us on Friday, March 24th at Timothy O’Toole’s in Streeterville from 6:00 – 8:00 pm with a special appearance from ESPN Chicago’s Carmen DeFalco to screen the Sweet 16 with over 70+ HD Flatscreens.  Carmen is a Chicago native and the co-host of the popular sports talk roundtable show, Carmen & Jurko.  In addition to the appearance, we’ll have games, beer bucket raffles and ESPN Chicago & Corona prizes to giveaway!

The V Foundation for Cancer Research was founded in 1993 by ESPN and Coach Jim Valvano to help in the fight against cancer. Since then, the Foundation has awarded more than $150 million in cancer research grants nationwide. You can learn more about our grants and how they are awarded by visiting here.
