My name is Shay and I'm recruiting new members for a social club evolving in Chicago called Social922. There are many networks out there that promise to introduce you to new friends and associates. Milwaukee and Columbus Tourney
This Saturday the United will host a round robin tournament of 2 - 20 minute half 'friendly' matches against the current MAAFL top seed Milwaukee Bombers and the brand spanking new Columbus Jackaroos.
The United have a must win situation against the Bombers in Milwaukee just over 3 weeks from now, so both clubs will certainly be testing the waters trying to get a read on the competition.
The Jackaroos sprung up out of nowhere in June of this year and are eager to get a run against anyone they can (besides Cinci / Louis) and by all accounts would never turn down a Chicago United post party.

Rich Noty Memorial Alumni Match & GREAT AUSSIE BBQ!
Join us at Waveland Field on Saturday August 9, 2008 to watch alumni from the rivaled Chicago Sharks and Chicago Swans battle it out in the 'Rich Noty Memorial Game'. Kickoff time will be 4pm.
The game honors the memory of Rich Noty, one of the Club's most-loved players who lost his battle with lymphoma in 2007. This will also be the venue for our annual burger/sausage sizzle for the crowd, with all proceeds to benefit the Leukaemia & Lymphoma Society.

Summer is going great and we are heading to Foster Beach! Whoohoo! Get ready with your 2 piece. If that meant sunglasses and beach sandals for you, just come and join!
Bring your fun paraphernalia such as beach balls, frizbee, badminton racquet, etc. To add to the excitement, we also have a lot of games in store. Think jello wrestling, sumo wrestling, balloon or watermelon bursting, too.
Location: Foster Beach by the shade trees west of the volleyball courts and northwest of the field house (very near the bike path). Look for gold balloons.
Food/Drinks: Potluck. Bring your own special fave international dish.
Event fee: $5 to cover for non-alcoholic drinks, ice, plates, cups, utensils, etc and fabulous give aways and prizes. Bring cash!
Please come on time. Prize is in store for early bird and most no. of guest. Expect 15-20 people.
Please reply and note what food you are bringing. Provide your own chairs and blanket. Bring your favorite international artist cds.
