Payment options:

1. Pay in full with a credit card through the chicagosocial.com online registration system.



2. Pay in full with an e-check through the chicagosocial.com online registration system.



3. Print a registration form from chicagosocial.com and fax or mail it back with credit card information or with a check(s) for the full league fee.



4. Use PayPal by creating an account, sending your teammates a money request, collect the money and register using the chicagosocial.com online registration system once you've received the funds from your teammates (make sure to do this quickly as leagues fill up fast).



5. Make a 50% deposit through the chicagosocial.com online registration system temporarily reserving a team team league fees that cost over $750. You will have 14 days from the date of your deposit to pay the remaining balance and you may do so in multiple payments. If you do not pay the remaining balance within 14 days CSSC will be authorized to charge the remaining balance using the same payment method you used for the initial deposit (authorization is automatic when you make the deposit). Once full payment is received your spot in the league is secure. If full payment is not made for any reason your team will be removed from the league.
