Yoga, Pilates and Yogaerobics: These classes will train you in the versatility and benefits of yoga or pilates-- an excellent muscle toner that balances all parts of the body. You will increase body awareness as you strengthen muscles and increase flexibility--and we will focus on promoting relaxation through breathing and meditation. Yoga and Pilates techniques are wonderful movements to help you tone all the right areas and feel better. The Sport and Social Club invites you to experience the versatility and benefits of Yoga and Pilates through our classes.

Yoga for Every Body, Pilates for Every Body and Yogaerobics:
$120 per individual for eight week session
($3.50 processing fee)

Our classes are perfect for the Beginner or the experienced Yoga and Pilates enthusiast. Our instructors will adapt the lessons to fit each student's experience.
